SERVSAFE FOOD SAFETY TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION EXAM

Cost: $149

Early Spring

(Textbook must be acquired one week before class day)

8 am – 5 pm  (7 hours instruction and 1 – 1 ½ hours exam time)   

This SERVSAFE Training was developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and meets new Indiana law requirements for Manager Certification.  Instruction provided through Purdue University Cooperative Extension.  The SERVSAFE Essentials textbook was developed by restaurant industry so you can be assured that the material is presented in a useful and practical manner. Over 97% of students from this program passed the certification the first time while the national average is 85%.  A SERVSAFE Certificate is given upon successful completion of an 80 question multiple-choice exam.  You will also receive recognition from the International Food Safety Council and permanent registration in the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation's national registry.  Certification is good for 5 years.  Cost of textbook and Exam included.
